CHURCH’S VINTAGE OXFORD – BROWN / TAN - UK 8 – CANBERRA – EXCELLENT CONDITION
A super pair of Church’s vintage cap-toe oxford shoes in beautiful brown / tan calf leather. They are in excellent used condition overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos). This pair were originally sold as ‘subs’, but I do not know why that was. The shoes are in a Church’s shoe box, but it is not actually original to these particular shoes.
The style is ‘Canberra’ – traditional, elegant, never out of place and one of Church’s best known designs. This pair were formed on the popular 73 Last.
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting.
The shoes feature leather soles, calf leather uppers, full leather linings and all the build-quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker.
