CHURCH’S BROGUES – BROWN - UK 8.5 – UNIQUE ONE-OFF ORIGINAL DESIGN - UNWORN CONDITION
A super, elegant pair of Custom Grade semi-brogue oxford shoes in a combination of beautiful dark brown distressed calf, suede leather and twill from Church’s. I have listed them as ‘used’ because they may have been tried-on – but I don’t think they actually have been (see photos). These shoes are unique and were made-up by Church’s to a design from a fashion student as part of a degree course. The designer has provided a signed note to confirm the details of her involvement. The shoes are in a Church’s box, complete with a set of Church’s dust bags.
The width fitting is ‘F’ - which is the ‘standard’ width fitting. I am not sure which last the shoes are off, but I think it is the 119/2 Last given the slim, elegant shaping and the six-eyelet lacing-arrangement.
The shoes feature oak bark leather soles, calf leather, suede leather and twill uppers and full leather linings – plus all the build-quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker.
