JOSEPH CHEANEY VINTAGE VELDTSCHOEN DERBY – BROWN / TAN - UK 7 UNWORN CONDITION
A super, vintage pair of Joseph Cheaney derby ‘tramping’ shoes in brown / tan aniline calf leather – perfect town-and-country footwear. This pair were made for, and retailed by ‘Jones Bootmakers’ as part of their premium ‘Bench Made’ range. They are in immaculate condition - I have listed them as ‘used’ because they may have been tried-on – but I’m not sure that they actually have been. There is the odd surface mark here and there – presumably from storage – but they are very minor (see photos) Please note: – these shoes are not subs.
But, please remember, these are not new so do not bid on them if you want a pair of completely unmarked shoes – they will cost considerably more !!
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting.
The style is ‘Wyemarket’ - a traditional and robust four-eyelet derby tramper.
The shoes feature leather soles, aniline calf leather uppers, veldtschoen construction, bellows tongues and full leather linings.
