ALFRED SARGENT MONKSTRAP SHOES – BLACK – UK 8.5 – WILLIAM – EXCELLENT CONDITION
A very fine pair of gentlemen’s single monk-strap shoes in beautiful black calf leather from Alfred Sargent – perfect for dressing-up or dressing-down. This pair were made for, and retailed by, ‘Gordon Scott’, London. They are in excellent used condition overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there – and there is a tiny split at the rear of the right shoe (see photos).
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is a ‘wider-than-standard’ width fitting.
The style is 'William' - a classic, elegant monk-strap design, featuring silver-coloured buckles.
The shoes feature calf leather uppers, leather soles and full leather linings (in black calf leather) and offer the usual Sargent build quality.
Real style from one of England’s finest shoe makers.
