CROCKETT & JONES DERBY – TAN CALF / SAND TWILL – UK 9 –– EXCELLENT CONDITION
A super pair of five-eyelet apron-front derby shoes in beautiful brown / tan calf leather with a sand twill apron and tongue from C&J – perfect for dressing-up or dressing-down. This pair were made for, and retailed by, ‘Barneys of New York’. They are in excellent used condition, overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos).
SIZE SIZE SIZE - The shoes are sized as ‘10’ ‘D’. That is a US size and is equivalent to a UK ‘9’ ‘E’ width fitting (which is ‘standard’). They were built on the C&J’s elegant 317 Last.
The shoes feature leather soles, combination calf and twill uppers, full leather linings and all the build-quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker.
