CROCKETT & JONES VINTAGE TASSEL LOAFERS – BLACK - UK 10 – KNIGHTSBRIDGE - EXCELLENT CONDITION
A very fine (and very rare) pair of wing-tip brogue tassel loafers in a combination of ‘polished’ and ‘natural’ black calf leather from C&J. This pair were made for, and retailed by, Gordon Scott, London. They are in excellent used condition overall - notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there – mainly at the toes and heels (see photos). This is a very rare design to find – so you will be very unlucky to ever meet anyone else wearing the same shoes as you – always a nice feeling, I think. These shoes come with their original dust bags.
Width fitting is ‘EX’ – which is a ‘slightly wider than standard’ width fitting.
The style is ‘Knightsbridge’ – beautifully proportioned and easily dressed-up or dressed-down.
The shoes feature calf leather uppers, leather soles and full leather linings (in black calf).
Real style from one of England’s finest shoe makers.
