CHURCH’S VINTAGE OXFORD - BLACK – UK 9.5 – MESSENGER – WORN ONCE
A super pair of vintage, Custom Grade cap-toe oxford shoes in beautiful black calf leather from Church’s. They are in superb used condition overall - notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos). In fact, these shoes are very little worn at all – I would estimate on just one occasion – ever !!
In my opinion, although modern-day Church’s shoes are still very desirable, well-made and fashioned from first-class materials, they are not quite as exceptional as those from some years ago. So, if you can find a pair of vintage Church’s in really nice condition then you are probably finding some of the nicest shoes around.
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting. This pair were built on the 82 Last.
The style is ‘Messenger IV’ – traditional, elegant, never out-of-place and one of Church’s finest business shoes.
The shoes feature leather soles, calf leather uppers, lightweight leather / linen linings and super build-quality.
