CHURCH’S BROGUES – BLACK – UK 8.5 - BRISBANE – VERY GOOD CONDITION
A fine pair of Church’s iconic Custom Grade full-brogue oxford shoes in beautiful black bookbinder leather. A nice example of a Church’s classic – never out-of-place. They are in very good used condition overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos). This pair have been refurbished by Church’s at some time – so, ‘Church’s’ lightweight ‘Diamond’ rubber soles, quarter-rubber leather heels, insoles and laces were fitted in this case.
But, please remember, these are not new so do not bid on them if you want a pair of completely unmarked shoes – they will cost considerably more !!
The style is ‘Brisbane’ – one of Church’s best known designs – a classic that has stood the test of time wonderfully well. This pair were built on the popular 73 Last.
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting.
The shoes feature ‘Church’s’ ‘Diamond’ rubber soles, bookbinder leather uppers, full leather linings and all the build-quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker.
